The Christmas Gift Fair: Part 1
This weekend we were selling our art prints at The Christmas Gift Fair in Kibworth, Leicestershire (#TheXmasGiftFair if you want to follow on Twitter).
The quality of the stall holders was really high, so much so that we ended up buying rather more than intended, including…
All our Christmas cards (& quite a few birthday cards) from
Becky Carr who runs OwaBoo is tremendous. She’s a print designer who’s worked for most of the major high street retailers including Conran, George Davies, Next, & Gap.
Amazing scented candles from

beefayre produce hand-poured natural plant wax candles with beeswax & essential oils. Run by Sharon Jervis (she also designs the gorgeous packaging) beefayre donate 3% of their profits to bee conservation & research. There’s no nasty chemicals & the best bit is that you can dip your finger into the warm wax & rub into your skin as massage oil. Neat eh?
beefayre also produce body butters & creams, soaps & bath milk in various different scents including orange & jasmine; rose petal; & the one we bought; lavender, ylang ylang, orange blossom, & geranium. beefayre have a Christmas offer of 10% off your first online order placed before 14th December 2012. Simply quote busybee at the checkout.
and jams from Hedgerow Products. We bought a jar of hawthorn berry jelly & a jar of bullace jam. All homemade from fruit picked from hedgerows (as the name implies).
Makes you proud to be British.
We’re at The Christmas Gift Fair next Saturday, 8th December at the Three Swans Hotel in Market Harborough.
