Latest Coulson Macleod offer, for a very limited time:
3 for 2
Treat yourself to two typographic prints from our website and get a third print, of equal or lower value, absolutely free.
All you need to do is simply add any two prints to your shopping cart in the normal way. Then tell us which print you’d like for free in the ‘comments’ box on our Checkout Page.
For example, if you buy a ‘Love Makes The Ride Worthwhile’ print (£199 — pictured below) and a ‘London’ print (£149), you can choose a free print costing £149 or less.

Or if you buy Coulson Macleod’s ‘Futura’ print (£149 — pictured below) and a framed ‘Capricorn’ (£129), you can choose a free typographic print costing £129 or less.

Get your skates on though, as this offer won’t be around for long.

We at Coulson Macleod would just like to wish you all a very merry Christmas.

As 2010 draws to an end, it’s time for us to reflect back on one truly amazing year.
We’ve met and made so many wonderful friends: Coulson Macleod customers; friends on Facebook; Twitter; and of course readers of this blog. You’re all so kind and loyal and supportive. Thank you for taking the time to read our posts, leave comments, and spread the love.
So, thank you.
We have lots up our sleeves for next year. Think big and aim high, so they say. And as always we’ll share it with you, even if, sometimes, we get it wrong.
Merry Christmas.
Coulson Macleod.

A funny thing happened last night. As Coulson and I were enjoying dinner with friends our phones started beeping with incoming texts “you’re on TV!”
Yes, one of Coulson Macleod’s typographic prints had been spotted on Channel 4’s celebrity Christmas special of Come Dine With Me.
As usual the programme brought together a strange mix of folk. There was the DJ Goldie (pictured below), 70s crooner Tony Christie, ex-Blue Peter presenter Janet Ellis (who’s now better known for being mother of singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor), and actress Susie Amy (best known as Chardonnay from TV-show Footballers’ Wives).
So can you guess in which home our art was spotted?
Susie Amy’s.

Yes, here at Coulson Macleod HQ, we’re having a January Sale on some of our typographic prints.
Actually it’s more of an early Spring clean.
It’s a great opportunity to bag yourself a bargain or a complete one-of-a-kind artwork.
What we’ve put in our January Sale are either sample pieces, end-of-line items, or designs that we’re just having a rethink about. Here’s four pieces that are available to buy…

One of our limited edition typographic prints, ‘Nobody Puts Baby In A Corner’ features in the December issue of the United Arab Emirates magazine, Emirates Home.

This is the third time Coulson Macleod has been featured in Emirates Home, and the second time editor, Penny McCormick, has chosen us for her Ed’s Choice page. So a massive thank you Penny, we’re clearly big fans of each other. The super-talented Penny is also editor of Harper’s Bazaar Interiors.

We mentioned in a previous post that our typographic art had been published. So of course we immediately went to Amazon and bought the design book, which is called 1,000 More Greetings.
And here it is, our copy…

1,000 More Greetings by Rockport Publishers

1,000 More Greetings by Rockport Publishers
It’s a great book, even if we weren’t in it. There’s some fabulous creative work, and we’re in exceedingly good company. Donna Karan and Anthropologie showcase their designs. And one whole page dedicated to a little UK-based art business making waves globally. Yep! Coulson Macleod. Needless to say we are giddy with excitement.
If you fancy owning a copy you can buy it from Amazon.

The competition to win £150 to spend on Coulson Macleod typographic art has now ended. A massive thank you to all our customers who entered and all the wonderful photos showing off your art in your homes.
And the winner is…

showcasing Coulson Macleod’s ‘Paris’ print
We fell in love with the simplicity of the shot: plain white sheets; old trunk; wooden bed; Paris. Lots of texture, gorgeous lighting. So very simple. So very Coulson Macleod.
And we couldn’t do this blog post without mentioning two of our favourites…

showcasing Coulson Macleod’s bespoke typographic art
We fell in love with the warmth and cosiness of this festive living room. We want to snuggle up on their sofa in front of the roaring log fire with a glass of mulled wine.

showcasing Coulson Macleod’s limited edition ‘P.S. I Love You’ print
And this one just totally reflects the cool simplicity of Scandinavian chic: white-washed paneled walls; industrial light; P.S. I Love You. Beautifully styled.
