A Big Jamie Oliver Thank You

The post­man delivered a sur­prise par­cel to Coulson Macleod HQ on Friday.

A par­cel for us? Nor­mally it’s Coulson Macleod send­ing out parcels.

It was from Jamie Oliver. Yes the man him­self sent us a lovely let­ter and a signed copy of his latest recipe book 30 Minute Meals. Which saved us from going out and buy­ing a copy!

And why should Jamie Oliver be thank­ing Coulson Macleod? Well we designed a bespoke typo­graphic print for his char­ity, The Jamie Oliver Found­a­tion. The print was auc­tioned off at A Big Night Out With Jamie, his fun­drais­ing even­ing held at St. Paul’s Cathed­ral. Our print was bought by David Ellender, Global CEO of Free­mantle Media for £1,100.

    Thanks Will. We agree, it was lovely. Just shows you that no mat­ter how busy you are, and we can assume that Jamie is prob­ably busier than most, that you can always find time to be courteous.
