Billionaires Buy Coulson Macleod
No, we’re not making this up. A Coulson Macleod print has been purchased by a billionaire.
A real bonafide billionaire. I checked Forbes’ The World’s Billionaires 2009 list and they are on it.
I did ask if I could mention this person’s name, but this was very politely declined. Which is to be expected. Now I’m just waiting for all their friends to start buying too.
Although, according to Forbes, the richest people in the world have gotten poorer, just like the rest of us. Last year the world’s billionaires had an average net worth of $3 billion, down 23% in 12 months. The world now has 793 billionaires, down from 1,125 a year ago.
Still $3 billion ain’t so bad!
