Coulson Macleod Goes Italian

We’ve mentioned Fattoria La Vialla before, but they are worth mentioning again.

Coulson and I stayed in one of their beautiful holiday houses up in the Tuscan hills last year. Idyllic. And the food! Oh the food! All produced on the organic, biodynamic family farm. Divine. So much so that we now get some of their produce delivered here to the UK — their delivery is free. Our parcel arrived this weekend stuffed with packets of spaghetti. The best spaghetti in the world.
